The Communication of Men’s Mental Health in Sport
The aim of this piece of work is to identify the current lack of communication involved surrounding Men’s Mental Health and why this is the case? Through research the production piece Talk Together, is a social media campaign which aims to remove the stigma surrounding Men’s Mental Health in sport. The campaign makes use of real sporting stories and engaging design content to help articulate to young men that they aren’t alone in their struggles. The campaign aims to fill the current lack of modern support for young men out there, through allowing them to feel connected to other stories and gather a better understanding that they are not alone through their mental health struggles.
The final production piece will be a up to date and modern social presence that is relatable to young men in 2024 and that provides the content they are looking for as well as the support tools they need to help them through their most difficult times.
